The hotel operates as a playful urban salon, subverting buttoned-up Swiss traditions with cheeky design and easy communal spaces.
“A new multi-purpose low-rise glass-and-steel building with 126 rooms in arty Zurich West, a former working-class neighborhood and factory district.”

What they say
Michelin Selected
Michelin
Also in Condé Nast Traveler, Wallpaper* and AFAR.
This first Swiss outpost of the mostly German 25hours group is also the first full-scale hotel project by the beloved local designer Alfredo Häberli... their effect at 25hours is to pull guests into a world conjured by the sort of person who genuinely believes the coat hanger can be improved upon.
Right in the middle
Well-located: walkable to some things, a short ride to more.
Former factories across Zurich West now house contemporary art galleries and clubs, with the Löwenbräukunst complex just a few blocks away.

The rooms
Rooms take their names from precious metals, fitted with custom Häberli furnishings and angular work desks.
The outdoor pool
Bring a swimsuit.
The heated 25-meter outdoor lap pool runs along timber decking and leafy trees during the warmer months.
The sauna
A freestanding wooden sauna sits on the top floor, looking out over the city and the Uetliberg mountain.
Gym and yoga
Kettler cardio machines sit beneath cycling jerseys indoors, and guests can roll out yoga mats on the courtyard patio.
At the table
Ribelli serves Neapolitan pizzas and Italian spritzes under neon lights, with dining tables extending out toward the pool.
Häberli's smooth, contemporary spirit is present throughout the hotel's bright public spaces and innovative built-ins in the compact rooms, graded by metals: silver, gold and platinum.
How it began

The glass-and-steel building rose in 2012 on the former training grounds of Grasshopper Club Zurich.
“The space features the usual mix of colorful, offbeat furnishings, slick design, and casual friendliness, as well as the cute touch of Häberli’s personal city tips scrawled on various surfaces.”
