1. Using Hotel Please

Hotel Please is operated by Dusk Social, LLC. The app and this site are free to browse, no account required. An account, created with Sign in with Apple, exists only so you can like hotels, stamp the ones you’ve stayed in, and keep your preferences. Use the service lawfully and don’t interfere with its operation.

2. Our Content

Every hotel profile here is researched, written, curated, and rated by us. The write-ups, the vibe ratings, the selected photography, and the curated collection itself. That editorial work belongs to Hotel Please. You’re welcome to read it, like hotels in the app, share links to it, and quote from it with attribution.

3. Automated Access

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl these pages to index and cite them, within the rules in our robots.txt. What is not permitted: systematically scraping, harvesting, or copying the catalog, by crawler, through the API, or otherwise, to build or supplement another hotel database, guide, product, or dataset. The API exists to serve the Hotel Please app and is not offered for third-party use.

4. Bookings

Booking links take you to third parties, meaning booking sites or the hotels themselves. Any booking you make is between you and them, under their terms. We may earn a commission or margin on some bookings. It never decides which hotels we include or how we rate them.

5. No Guarantees

Hotels change: rooms renovate, restaurants close, prices move. We work to keep profiles accurate, but the service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Verify details that matter with the hotel before you travel.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us, which for a free service is nothing. If your misuse of the service leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs.

6. Your Account

You can delete your account at any time under Settings, Account data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or harms the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the current version here. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
