Backstory
Opened in 2003, architect Jean-Michel Gathy designed the seasonal canvas encampment after the traveling hunting pavilions of Mughal royalty.

The candlelit Dining Tent serves regional Rajasthani dishes and Western fare made with vegetables harvested from the on-site organic garden.
The neighborhood
