Shining windows and waves of gray brick outline the sparkling new five-story warehouse-turned-hotel. Concrete columns, black metal, warm wood, woven lanterns, and hanging macramé lend an industrial-meets-bohemian aesthetic.
How it began
Shifting concrete floor plates and brick masonry replace a former warehouse, reinterpreting the street corner's industrial past.
