The rooms
Vaulted ceilings arch over beds dressed in Italian linen, and wide windows look out across hillside olive groves.
The pool
Bring a swimsuit.
The heated infinity pool sits on the lawn above oak woods, looking out across the valley toward Arezzo.
At the table
Campo Badia serves Tuscan dinners beside the abbey garden, and Bar Serra mixes cocktails under a glass roof.
How it began

Two Vallombrosan monks founded the monastery in 1645. It lay abandoned and swallowed by ivy before its 2019 restoration.
