What they say
Michelin Selected
Michelin
Built on family land just outside Novalja, Boutique Hotel Boškinac was once surrounded by little more than fields, pine woods, and silence.
Tucked away
A place apart: the property is the destination.
Olive groves and pine woods surround the grounds, and Novalja is two kilometres down the road.
The rooms
Each room takes the name of an island plant, fitted with oversized timber beds and original Croatian art.
The pool
Bring a swimsuit.
The outdoor pool sits among stone terraces beneath tall pine trees, flanked by loungers and shaded daybeds.
At the table
The dining room serves multi-course menus of Pag scampi and wild herbs, and the brick-vaulted cellar pours estate reds.
How it began

Founder Boris Šuljić planted vineyards on ancestral land in 2000, creating a quiet retreat away from Pag's party beaches.
