What they say
Michelin Selected
Michelin
The whole operation revolves around the open kitchen, with a pair of long wooden tables where guests gather twice a day for meals.
Somewhere quiet
Away from the crowds. Getting around takes intention.
The Romanesque Church of Saint Fabian stands just steps away, surrounded by rolling hills and Palatinate vineyards.
The rooms
Each of the fifteen bedrooms has a dedicated theme, including an audiophile room fitted with leather listening chairs.
The rooftop spa
A heated two-person jacuzzi and Finnish sauna sit on the roof deck, looking out over the village rooftops.
At the table
Guests can walk directly into the kitchen to help the chef cook, or raid the refrigerator at any hour.
How it began

Christiane and Edelbert Lösch opened the house in 2011, joining seventeenth-century village structures with modern architecture inspired by French country hospitality.
