Michelin Selected
Michelin
Tucked into La Palmeraie, fifteen minutes from the medina, Domaine des Remparts occupies two hectares of gardens where storks nest in the palms and the city's noise feels naturally distant.
Tucked away
A place apart: the property is the destination.
La Palmeraie surrounds the grounds with quiet palm groves, twenty minutes from the medina and facing the High Atlas.
The rooms
Prestige Suites open into private walled gardens with indoor fireplaces and their own eight-meter heated pools.
The pool
Bring a swimsuit.
The heated infinity pool stretches across the gardens, lined with olive trees and shaded wooden loungers.
The hammam
A sunken bath and heated stone benches fill the marble hammam, where therapists perform traditional black soap scrubs.
Hotel Bar
Bartenders mix craft cocktails behind a green fluted counter, lit by woven pendant lamps in the lounge.
At the table
Poolside Baba serves Mediterranean lunches under the palms, and Assala brings Moroccan dishes to the covered colonnade terrace.
How it began

Abdallah Slaoui built the estate in 2011 on open Palmeraie land. His wife Jalila later redesigned the interiors.
