Notable

What they say
Michelin Selected
Michelin
The décor makes use of aged wood, perhaps recalling driftwood, to tone down the white-on-whiteness, as well as mellow accents in sea foam green.
Somewhere quiet
Away from the crowds. Getting around takes intention.
Bitez Bay sits five minutes down the hill, and 15th-century Bodrum Castle is a short drive east.
The rooms
Aged wood and sea foam textiles temper crisp white walls. Grand Deluxe rooms open onto private sea-facing terraces.
The infinity pool
Bring a swimsuit.
The curved infinity pool looks across the bay, lined with wooden loungers under slatted pergolas.
The spa
A heated indoor pool sits beside a glass-walled timber sauna, steps from the private massage rooms.
At the table
Blu Restaurant serves Mediterranean dinners on the pergola terrace, and evening cocktails are poured overlooking Bitez Bay.
How it began

Originally opened under Mövenpick in 2007, the hotel was reclaimed by Turkish owner Makyol in 2009 to run independently.
