Somewhere quiet
Away from the crowds. Getting around takes intention.
Aberlour village lies just down the hill, bordered by wooded paths along the Spey and the surrounding Highland hills.
The rooms
The sixteen bedrooms are dressed in tailored fabrics, with several looking out across the Spey Valley.
Restaurant

The dining room takes its name from the 57th parallel, serving Ballindalloch Estate venison and catches from Portsoy.
At the table
At MBar, draft taps pour local Highland craft ales from Spey Valley. Leather stools line the contemporary cocktail counter.
How it began

During renovations, the owners uncovered hopscotch boards and nursery murals from the building's postwar years as a children's home.
