“Playful urban design hub”
Interiors by Il Prisma feature bold color blocking, terrazzo flooring, and brass fixtures honoring Milanese railway stations.
An all-day coworking lobby cafe with DJ sessions and the twelfth-floor Alegrìa rooftop cocktail lounge.
Themed rooms and public spaces pay playful visual homage to Milan's historic 1970s Le Varesine funfair.
Between Milano Centrale and Piazza Gae Aulenti, a short walk from Gioia metro station.
Rooms
Punchy primary colors and nostalgic funfair motifs meet practical workspaces and rainfall showers, giving bedrooms a cheerful, graphic edge.
Backstory
Originally a 1950s office block, the building was reimagined by Il Prisma with design cues pulled from the storied 1970s Le Varesine funfair.
Eat & drink
Grab pasta downstairs at Duo Bistrot, or head up to twelfth-floor Alegrìa for Peruvian plates and cocktails overlooking the skyline.
The neighborhood
Set between the glass towers of Piazza Gae Aulenti and the bustle of Milano Centrale, with Gioia metro just around the corner.
