Trackside motorsport residences
Trackside motorsport residences
Built eleven metres from the tarmac, the residences put motorsport enthusiasts close enough to feel the vibration of passing cars.
What it’s good at
Tucked away
A place apart: the property is the destination.
On the Silverstone Circuit estate beside Maggotts and Becketts corners, surrounded by the Northamptonshire countryside.
The rooms
Trackside residences enter through private garages with EV chargers. Upstairs, rooms have chevron timber floors and balconies facing Maggotts corner.
The pool
Bring a swimsuit.
Floor-to-ceiling windows run alongside the heated 15-metre pool, looking straight out toward the racing circuit.
Gym and recovery
Matrix machines fill the track-facing gym. In the treatment rooms, therapists fit pneumatic compression boots for muscle recovery.
Restaurant
The Gallery
Curved leather booths sit behind angled windows overlooking nine track corners, and the kitchen serves modern British cooking.
At the table
Orange velvet stools line the green-tiled bar, with panoramic windows looking directly out at the racing circuit.
How it began

Founder Will Tindall partnered with the British Racing Drivers' Club to build permanent living quarters directly along the circuit.
