What it’s good at
Right in the middle
Well-located: walkable to some things, a short ride to more.
Harbor Beach is a calm residential stretch, while the restaurants and galleries along Las Olas Boulevard sit five minutes north.

The rooms
Rooms were redesigned in 2025 with crisp coastal tones, and many look straight out across the ocean.
The pool
Bring a swimsuit.
An 8,000-square-foot lagoon pool sits along the oceanfront, edged by whirlpools and a palm-tree splash pad for children.
The spa
Treatment rooms host rituals using Dr. Dennis Gross skincare and CBD topicals, and bright lounges sit under rattan chandeliers.
The gym
Cardio machines and Technogym weights line picture windows looking onto palms, and a studio holds spin and Pilates classes.
At the table
Local seafood leads the dinner menu at 3030 Ocean, and a vintage camper van mixes cocktails directly on the sand.
How it began

The Lauderdale Beach Association signed the ground lease in 1981, opening the resort in 1984 and maintaining ownership ever since.

Built around a vision. Even the door handles have a designer.

Classic
The city grew up with it. Same rituals, same regulars, same bar.
Resort
A world of its own. Something to do from breakfast to nightcap.
The scene
Lively
Where things happen: restaurants, shops, people.
Central
Well-located: walkable to some things, a short ride to more.

Away from the crowds. Getting around takes intention.

A place apart: the property is the destination.
