Good ol'days
Analog writing house
Analog writing house
The hotel is dedicated to the slow craft of letter writing, built around present-moment stillness and postcards mailed years into the future.
What it’s good at

Notable
Postcards shot by Busan photographers and beans sourced from neighborhood specialty roasters.
What they say
Michelin Selected
Michelin
It’s a tribute to the golden era of Jungang-dong, the neighborhood it calls home, and though it’s set in an unmistakably contemporary building, its interiors display a pronounced mid-century modernist influence.
Right in the middle
Well-located: walkable to some things, a short ride to more.
Yongdusan Park rises just behind the building, and the historic markets of Nampo-dong are a short walk away.
The rooms
Rooms skip televisions entirely in favor of wide writing desks stocked with stationery and turntables spinning jazz records.
Restaurant
Good ol'days Cafe
The cafe serves specialty filter coffee and baked pastries, with low lounge seating on the second floor overlooking the street.
How it began

Founder Noh Si-hyun created the hotel as a tribute to Jungang-dong's mid-century prime, when the port district was Busan's civic core.
