Our shorthand ↗
Grace Hotel, vibe
“The hotel cascades down a steep terraced hillside, and don’t tell the beach hotels, but the sea looks better from up here anyway.”
— Michelin

Rooms

Minimalist cave-style rooms pair brushed concrete floors with Greek marble bathrooms, opening onto private terraces, most with heated plunge pools.

“Everything you need can be found right there, from the food to the spa to the secluded rooms complete with voluminous balconies…”
— Forbes Travel Guide

Wellness

A 22-meter heated infinity pool traces the cliff edge, complemented by a dedicated yoga studio and holistic in-room spa treatments.

“If the rooms and suites feel a bit like whitewashed caves carved right into the cliffs, that’s because they are.”
— Condé Nast Traveler

Backstory

Architects Divercity and Mplusm sculpted the retreat into the rock face, borrowing rounded contours from traditional Santorini yposkafa cave dwellings.

“Sleek lines effortlessly blend the well-known traditional Greek island architecture styles and contemporary minimalist architecture.”

Eat & drink

Varoulko serves contemporary Greek seafood beneath the stars, while 363 Bar crafts sunset cocktails high above the caldera waters.

“With only eight rooms, 12 suites, and one villa, guests receive the staff’s undivided attention.”
— AFAR
