Michelin
In central Épernay, Hôtel Margaux is more than a boutique stay: it is a family-built project shaped by intention and care.
Right in the middle
Well-located: walkable to some things, a short ride to more.
Avenue de Champagne is a short walk away, lined with historic cellars and tasting rooms.
The rooms
Oak accents and soft lighting run through the bedrooms, which are spread between the townhouse and former presbytery.
The sauna and gym
A tiered timber sauna sits alongside a fitness room fitted with arched mirrors and a wooden rowing machine.
At the table
Breakfast is served across marble tables and herringbone parquet. In the evening, the bar pours champagne beside exposed stone.
How it began

The Baudet family bought the townhouse in 2018, then added the neighboring presbytery and named the hotel for their daughter.
