The front doors open onto Plaza de Abades in the Judería, two hundred meters from the Mosque-Cathedral.

Suites keep their exposed 18th-century stone walls, and one is built directly around the foundation of an ancient well.
At the table
La Casa del Santero serves coffee and drinks on the pebble-paved courtyard, where tables sit beside a stone fountain.
How it began

Owners Javier and Carmen spent nearly two decades restoring the complex with Prado conservators to create the city's first official monument hotel.
