Hotel Perk, vibe
“What began life as Hotel Grand in the 1930s was reimagined in 2020 as a cool, contemporary space full of unique design touches.”
— Michelin

Rooms

Uncluttered bedrooms pair muted palettes with custom furniture, while top-floor suites feature private terraces and deep freestanding soaking bathtubs.

Designed in 1931 by architect Bohumír Čermák as the Grand Hotel, the interwar landmark reopened in 2023 thoughtfully reimagined as Hotel Perk.

Architecture and interiors lead. There’s a creative vision at work.

Wellness

Built around feeling better. Rest, sweat, soak, spa.

A world of its own. No reason to leave the property.

Scene — what’s outside the door

Where things happen: restaurants, shops, people.

Away from the crowds. Getting around takes intention.

A place apart: the property is the destination.
