Open stone arches and wide terraces create a modern riad alternative, looking straight across the valley to ancient minarets.
“Contemporary touches meet Moroccan influences at this hilltop escape overlooking the medina.”

The rooms
Neutral-toned rooms feature glass-enclosed marble baths, leather accents, and wide panes looking out across the city.
The pool
Bring a swimsuit.
Cushioned sun loungers line the infinity edge, which reflects the stone pavilion and looks across to distant mountains.
The spa
Treatment rooms sit behind carved plaster walls and mashrabiya screens, using rituals from Cinq Mondes and marocMaroc.
The hammam and gym
A vaulted stone hammam holds twin scrub platforms. In the gym, Technogym cardio machines look onto a planted courtyard.
At the table
Amaraz serves Fez specialties under slatted timber ceilings to live lute music. Drinks are poured beneath the arches at Les Arcades.
Pillet’s design embraces clean lines, contemporary furnishings and open-plan layouts… while floor-to-ceiling windows flood the spaces with natural light.
How it began

The hotel rose on the site of Marshal Lyautey's summer palace, whose historic arcades inspired the new stone facade.
“More like an urban resort than a city hotel, the property is perched over the Ville Nouvelle on a grassy hilltop with two glorious pools and a Givenchy spa.”
