Somewhere quiet
Away from the crowds. Getting around takes intention.
Matanzas is a quiet fishing village known for powerful surf breaks, where local fishermen still land fresh corvina daily.
The rooms
Oceanfront rooms look onto the breakers through large glass panes, with private timber terraces stepping toward the sand.
The pool
Bring a swimsuit.
The outdoor lap pool sits on the timber deck, set beside wood-fired cedar hot tubs facing the ocean.
The spa
Restaurant Surazo
Tree trunks rise straight through the pine dining room. Oceanfront tables serve house-made pasta and Colchagua Valley wines.
How it began

A tsunami leveled the original cabins in 2010, prompting architect Felipe Wedeles to quickly rebuild the modular pine structure.
