Rooftop restaurant ION Harbour serves hyper-seasonal tasting menus above the water, complemented by regional Thai plates at Anaala and vaulted nightcaps.

The neighborhood

Perched on St. Barbara Bastion, the hotel is steps from Valletta's quiet side streets and traditional wooden water taxis crossing to Birgu.
