The spartan exterior, save for a single neon side reading "and breathe" that peeks out from the green facade, belies the stylish decor inside.

At NENI Centrum, terracotta leather banquettes surround an open show kitchen that turns out Eastern Mediterranean sharing plates.
How it began
Debuting in 2017 as Kimpton's first European outpost, the hotel knits a late-twentieth-century structure with original Renaissance canal buildings.
