What they say
Michelin Selected
Michelin
Also in Condé Nast Traveler.
Hidden behind white gates on an unassuming high street in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is the part-guest house, part-Two-MICHELIN-Star restaurant L'Auberge de Saint-Rémy, overseen by Chef Fanny Rey and her pastry chef husband Jonathan Wahid.
Right in the middle
Well-located: walkable to some things, a short ride to more.
Boulevard Mirabeau traces the old ramparts outside, with the café terraces of Place Favier just a short walk away.
The rooms
Upstairs, the bedrooms keep a cheerful palette of crisp white walls, floral patterns, and pops of sunshine yellow.
At the table
Tables sit beneath a wavy sculpted ceiling, where Fanny Rey's market cooking leads to desserts by Jonathan Wahid.
How it began

Coaches once changed horses here on the post route to Nîmes, and the Glanum river still flows beneath the kitchen.
