Floor-to-ceiling glass surrounds the heated indoor pool. Outside, an expansive seawater complex includes a 25-meter swimming lane and waterfalls.

Water cascades into a dark-tiled hydrotherapy pool, and treadmills in the gym look directly onto the pine forest.

The lounge serves gourmet burgers and local craft beers, looking out across the pine canopy from a sunlit terrace.

Lone Night Club sets a glowing curved bar against red velvet drapery, hosting live concerts and evening DJ sets.
How it began
Zagreb practice 3LHD gave the building its Y-shaped footprint to follow the hillside slope and preserve surrounding pines.
