Neon signs illuminate the 24-hour fitness room, where free weights sit beside a boxing bag.

Wooden swing seats hang beneath the poolside bar's canvas canopy. Inside, counters supply continental breakfast and grab-and-go snacks.
How it began
Architects AW² assembled the wings using prefabricated timber modules, preserving the plot's natural greenery to earn LEED Gold certification.
