the interiors in the new wing, handsome as they are, pay tribute to Japanese tradition, and the rooms are lavish without being opulent — there’s a certain visual starkness
“Choose between the Art Deco heritage wing—think glossy parquet flooring, brass trimmed lights, a multitude of mirrors and a feather- light elegance—and the minimalist 21st century wing where concrete rubs up against oak wood behind huge expanses of glass.”
Right in the middle
Well-located: walkable to some things, a short ride to more.
Local galleries and concept stores fill the surrounding streets, tucked among leafy residential corners and restored prewar facades.
The rooms
Rooms split between vintage parquet quarters in the heritage wing and raw concrete spaces behind floor-to-ceiling glass.
The spa
Therapists in the top-floor suite perform traditional Japanese facial massages and custom skin rituals using Natura Bissé products.
The gym
Technogym equipment lines the 24-hour fitness room, which looks across the Warsaw skyline through floor-to-ceiling glass.
Sauna and sound baths
A dry sauna and steam room sit on the top floor. Weekend morning rituals include crystal sound baths.
Nobu Restaurant
Light wood slats canopy the dining room, where chefs serve black cod miso and yellowtail jalapeño.
At the table
Sakebar by Nobu pours curated sake flights under sculptural lighting, and Nobu Bar mixes cocktails at street level.
How it began

Polish-born co-founder Meir Teper insisted on preserving the interwar building, adding a shifting concrete block on an adjacent corner lot.
