What it’s good at
What they say
Michelin Selected
Michelin
Winemaking and wine drinking take center stage here, for obvious reasons, but as a lodging it stands on its own; suites in the old manor house are delicately old-fashioned, while those in the new additions are as modern as can be.
Tucked away
A place apart: the property is the destination.
La Morra sits on the ridge just above, overlooking vineyard slopes and distant castle towers across the Langhe.
The rooms
Display cases in each suite hold vintage bottles from local producers, and duplex quarters add six-meter rain showers.
The pool
Bring a swimsuit.
Loungers line the wooden deck beside the infinity pool, looking straight across the Cerequio vineyard rows.
The spa
Sky Bar & Terrace
The elevated terrace has canopied tables and bar stools looking straight across the bowl of Cerequio vineyards.
At the table
Dinner at La Corte brings Sicilian accents to regional Langhe cooking, served across stone courtyards bordered by lavender.
How it began

Palás means manor house in Piedmontese dialect. The Chiarlo family restored the 18th-century hamlet after farming the surrounding cru since 1988.
