Right in the middle
Well-located: walkable to some things, a short ride to more.
Universitetsholmen's quiet docklands surround the building, with Malmö Central Station just a short walk away.
The rooms
Between the tenth and thirteenth floors, bedrooms feature raw concrete, blush accents, and tall glazing facing the docks.
Restaurant
Kasai in the Sky
Dinner tables sit beneath paper lanterns on the fourteenth floor, facing curved windows that look out across the city lights.
At the table
Drinks head out to the rooftop balcony over the water, and a ground-floor cafe serves coffee and lunch.
How it began

Danish practice Schmidt Hammer Lassen designed the dark-brick tower in 2016 as a mixed-use hub on the old docklands.
