What they say
Michelin Selected
Michelin
Somewhere quiet
Away from the crowds. Getting around takes intention.
Preserved timber cottages line the Rokytka brook throughout the valley, sitting directly beneath the forested Ještěd ridge.
The rooms
Five apartments inside the log cottage keep their original timber framing and clay plaster. A separate converted barn sleeps ten.
Sauna and massage
A private Finnish sauna sits on the property, and massage treatments are arranged by appointment.
At the table
The kitchen serves lunch directly from pots over tiled masonry stoves, with dinners focused on hyper-local and foraged ingredients.
How it began

Michal and Tereza Hošek left corporate careers in 2020 to restore the 1600 timber homestead themselves without an architect.
