This is a newly built luxury hotel operated by a group whose previous experience is in Scottish castle hotels — so something of an unusual perspective on Caribbean luxury follows as a matter of course.
“The resort, located on the southwest coast of the tiny seven square-mile island, is made-up of nine bright and airy private villas (lots of white and marine blue), ranging from one to four bedrooms and one five-bedroom ultra-villa, all with private pools and uninterrupted views of the Caribbean.”
Tucked away
A place apart: the property is the destination.
Adams Bay sits on Bequia's southwest coast, looking out across the water toward neighboring Grenadine islands.

The rooms
Wood-slat villas open onto private terraces with plunge pools and thatched gazebos facing the sea.
The pool
Bring a swimsuit.
A freshwater infinity pool sits opposite the central pavilion, looking out past palm trees toward the bay.
The Liming Restaurant
The open-air thatched pavilion extends over the sea, serving fresh Caribbean lobster and local fish above Adams Bay.
How it began

Scottish hotel group Inverlochy Castle Management opened the property in 2018, bringing country-estate service to the Grenadines.
