Of course, this is no museum exhibit — what matters is how well it hangs together for guests, and the answer is: very well indeed.
Right in the middle
Well-located: walkable to some things, a short ride to more.
Set on bustling Ermou Street, you are steps from Aristotelous Square, buzzing seafood tavernas, and sunset strolls along the Thermaic Gulf.
The rooms
Monochrome rooms feature custom wall-mounted furniture, Marshall speakers, Nespresso coffee, and sleek rainfall showers behind crisp tailoring.
Dogs stay too.
Restaurant
7th Floor Rooftop Garden & Terrace
Breakfast is served on the timber-decked rooftop among lush planters, with an honesty bar taking over by evening.
The narrow frontage of the building, originally designed by local architect Alexander Tzonis, informs much of the hotel’s public spaces and rooms, the designers working hard to add light.
At the table
On the ground floor, the café pours specialty TAF coffee alongside artisanal pastries at a chevron wood counter.
How it began

Hospitality entrepreneur Kostis Karatzas launched the brand here in 2018, converting a narrow 1920s commercial building into Thessaloniki's sharpest design address.
