Restored shipyard headquarters
The former shipbuilding headquarters runs like an open museum, surrounded by original maritime artifacts and cavernous Victorian drafting halls.
What it’s good at
Remarkable
Harland & Wolff drawing offices where the world's most famous ocean liners were drafted.
Notable
Three-storey barrel-vaulted ceilings and restored tiles identical to those on the Titanic.
What they say
Michelin Selected
Michelin
Also in Condé Nast Traveler.
The three-story barrel-vaulted ceilings of the Drawing Offices give the building an extraordinary scale, and more than 500 artworks, photographs, and artifacts fill the interiors.
Right in the middle
Well-located: walkable to some things, a short ride to more.
The Titanic Belfast museum and historic slipways sit right outside, and the Cathedral Quarter is a short drive away.
The rooms
Rooms have Art Deco furniture and nautical details, and some look straight out over the historic slipways.
Restaurant
The Wolff Grill
The dining room serves modern Irish dishes with views looking directly out toward the historic slipways.
Centered around the original Victorian Drawing Offices, with their three-story-high, barrel-vaulted ceilings…it’s the only remaining example of this type of architecture in the world.
At the table
The Harland Bar mixes classic cocktails over checkered tile floors surrounded by vintage ocean-liner travel posters.
How it began

The telephone exchange, which received the first report of Titanic striking an iceberg, was preserved during the restoration.
