Right in the middle
Well-located: walkable to some things, a short ride to more.
Bridgehampton village boutiques and cafes sit right outside, while local ocean beaches are easily reached via the complimentary house car.
The rooms
Historic main house rooms retain ornate mouldings and high ceilings, while contemporary studios and cottages open onto private patios or roof decks.
The lap pool
Bring a swimsuit.
Yellow-striped umbrellas shade loungers along the heated outdoor lap pool, with drinks served poolside in warm months.
The spa and sauna
Four treatment rooms host botanical Naturopathica facials and massages, and a sauna is open for post-treatment recovery.
The fitness studio
Floor-to-ceiling windows light the studio, which is outfitted with Peloton bikes, free weights, and exercise mats.
Dogs stay too.
Restaurant
Jean-Georges at Topping Rose House
Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten sources organic produce from the estate farm, and the bar pours local Long Island wines.
The braced-frame house … is now whitewashed in stately white with black shutters, with beautifully-restored rooms and modern furniture and art curated by Christine Wächter.
At the table
Tables sit along the hedged patio beside the restored barn for open-air dining and evening drinks.
How it began

Built in 1842 for local judge Abraham Topping Rose, the braced-frame mansion was restored and expanded with modern cottages.
