The palm-lined promenade runs right out front, with Plazhi i Ri and private sunbeds just across the road.
The rooms
Every room opens onto a private balcony facing the bay, set behind floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
The Yacht Restaurant
Tables on the covered terrace face the water at sunset, serving fresh Adriatic seafood and bottles of Demi i Kuq.
Yacht Beach Bar
Wooden daybeds sit under camouflage netting across the promenade, where an on-site oven bakes pizza steps from the water.
At the table
Guests can take breakfast and evening wine out onto their private balconies, looking over the palm-lined coastal road.
How it began

Architect Klodian Burgjia designed the building in 2020, shaping its concrete ribbons to mirror the lines of a yacht.
