The hotel leans into Bergen's famously wet weather, turning coastal rain into a graphic design concept across every floor.
“On the same street, the 249-room Hotel Zander K opened as a modern counterpart to Villa Terminus, and has become a social hub for both visitors and locals.”

Also in Wallpaper*.
The design, by the Swedish firm Claesson Koivisto Rune, is crisp and utilitarian, the rooms making liberal use of blond wood and a whole monochrome rainbow of gray tones.
Right in the middle
Well-located: walkable to some things, a short ride to more.
Bergen Station is right next door, and the walking paths around Lille Lungegardsvannet are a short stroll away.
The rooms
Sheer curtains come patterned with falling raindrops. Curved steel desks sit against grid-patterned wallpaper.
The gym
The basement gym has Concept2 rowers, treadmills, free weights, and yoga mats beside mirrored walls.
Restaurant
Matbaren
Communal wooden tables sit beneath woven paper lanterns, where guests and locals gather over seasonal Nordic dishes.
At the table
Mornings begin with a complimentary organic buffet breakfast, prepared with ingredients from local Western Norwegian producers.
