Clay plaster walls, cross-sawn timber floors, and custom curved sofas maximize compact layouts, while top-floor studios catch light through glass-block walls.

How it began
Completed in 2021, New York studio Grzywinski+Pons designed the urban infill building to echo the rounded quoins and cornices of nearby historic facades.
