Angular cut-out balconies punctuate an eighty-four-square-meter micro-tower, finished with textured diatomaceous earth walls.

Social

Lobby has jazz playlists; the name references ragtime, with planned in-room playlists and ticket sales.

Local

Nihonbashi-honcho location is surrounded by typical mixed-use downtown Tokyo streets.

Central

In Nihonbashi-honcho, a short walk from COREDO Muromachi and traditional dining in Ningyocho.

kooo architects designed the nine-story structure on an eighty-four-square-meter plot, angling openings toward gaps between surrounding downtown towers.

Quiet commercial blocks surround the property, placing traditional eateries in Ningyocho and modern shopping at COREDO Muromachi within easy walking distance.
