Revamped by Seattle-based Dawson Design Associates, it now features eclectic interiors with repurposed materials, such as a striking lobby chandelier made of recycled sunglasses.
How it began
Housed in a 1913 neoclassical building that once held Hotel Milano, the property was completely gutted and relaunched in 2013.
