Fashion designer Oskar Metsavaht conceived the tower as an intimate residence tuned to the easy, sunlit rhythms of Leblon.

It is the work of designer-turned-hotelier Oskar Metsavaht, who brings the same sharp eye to interiors as he does to fashion: Brazilian timber, sculptural furniture, and floor-to-ceiling views of sea and sky.
In a lively part of town

Leblon is quieter than neighbouring Ipanema. Shaded avenues just off the beachfront lead to independent boutiques and open-air dining.
The rooms
Only five rooms occupy each floor. Every bedroom looks across the Atlantic, finished in pale timber and travertine.

The rooftop travertine plunge pool looks out across Leblon Beach toward Morro Dois Irmãos through a circular concrete portal.
The spa
A single fourth-floor treatment room hosts one guest at a time for restorative massages, beside an on-site sauna.

On the second floor, breakfast and seafood lunches unfold behind a wide window looking straight across Leblon Beach.
Modernist in structure, crafted from travertine marble and horizontal frames that throw summer shadows, architect Lia Siqueira’s sleek minimalism is warmed by natural highlights.

This ground-floor bistro opens directly to the sidewalk, serving petiscos and natural wines from cushioned banquettes under woven lamps.
At the table
The Little Pool Bar serves craft cachaça cocktails beside the plunge pool, and hosts open-air Brazilian film screenings.
How it began
The building operated as the Marina All Suites before architect Lia Siqueira rebuilt the interior around sustainable Brazilian materials.
