Red leather stools ring the illuminated counter, where bartenders pour classic cocktails under glowing, tiered bottle shelves.

Breakfast is served à la carte each morning, and taper candles illuminate dark tables along the marble counter by night.
How it began
Built in 1911 for a pharmacist family, the property still carries guests to their rooms in its original gilded elevator.
