Architect Ed Rawlings erected the 18-story glass tower in 2008, with late downtown design guru Jim Walrod curating its art-forward aesthetic.

Blue Ribbon serves fresh sushi and izakaya bites downstairs, while Make Believe pairs panoramic skyline views and craft cocktails on the roof.
