Coral-stone beach estate
Barbadian coral stone and bougainvillea courtyards give this twelve-acre beachfront property the feel of a classic West Indian manor.
“Life at The Palms orbits around the pool—and for good reason considering the swim-up bar, swaying palm trees, and ample options of loungers and day beds.”
What it’s good at
Notable
Sprawling suites feature private terraces, hydro-massage bathtubs, and full Viking kitchens.
Notable
Tented cabanas beside a reflecting pool host the indigenous Zareeba herbal steam ritual.
What they say
Michelin Selected
Michelin
Also in Condé Nast Traveler and AFAR.
Modern also means big rooms. All come with plenty of space to stretch out, private terraces or balconies, and a kitchenette at minimum — all suites come with full kitchens, outfitted with Viking appliances.
Tucked away
A place apart: the property is the destination.
On twelve acres fronting Grace Bay Beach, secluded on the north shore of Providenciales.
The rooms
Suites have mahogany furniture and deep private terraces. In the bathrooms, marble surrounds deep soaking tubs and walk-in showers.
The water
Bring a swimsuit.
The spa and pool
The spa uses crushed conch shells for body scrubs, and a raised hot tub island sits on the pool deck.
Plunge Bar
Submerged barstools sit under woven shade pavilions in the pool, where bartenders mix cocktails right at the water.
The Palms exudes classic Caribbean decor without being too flashy: 72 oceanfront suites decked out in mahogany wood, white linens, and touches of coral and seafoam green.
At the table
Parallel23 prepares Caribbean dishes from a wood-burning show kitchen, and beachfront Sí Sí serves Mexican seafood beneath woven shade canopies.
How it began

The resort was built around a central mansion inspired by the 1950s Caribbean villas of designer Oliver Messel.
